Primal Movement Coach
Renée Marchildon
Since 2021 I have been consistently working towards learning the natural movements of the body while also connecting to and training my own body to move more efficiently, pain free and as nature intended.I am also learning the body’s fascia (connective tissue) and can assist in stretching out your fascial system.Combining these two elements together can bring movement freedom into your body so you can love & enjoy moving your body!
What I offer
One on one
Training
This is for anyone who wants to get in depth with how they are moving, why they may be experiencing discomfort/pain when they move or if you just want to be as resilient in your body like you were when you were a kid. Sessions can be done in person or over zoom.
I also offer
Fascial stretch
Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a specialized assisted stretching system that targets the fascia, the web-like connective tissue surrounding muscles, joints, bones, and organs. Unlike traditional stretching that isolates specific muscles, FST treats the body as an interconnected whole, aiming to release tension in the fascial lines to improve mobility and reduce pain.

what is
Primal Movement
Primal movement teaches us how to move our bodies more naturally; spiraling instead of robotically, in alignment with the internal workings of our fascia system. The modern, western world has us being more sedentary in unnatural positions which cause us to develop aches, pains and lack of mobility. Through primal movement we teach you how to get back in tune with your body, how to move it so you can get out of discomfort/pain, regain your mobility and how you can rest in harmony with your bodies natural positions.
